Over the last year or so I have been reading numerous blogs about people who have turned their lives around, from being drug and alcohol addicts, or suffering from chronic debilitating physical pain, serious physical health conditions, and/or incapacitating emotional afflictions, the list goes on and on.
What is common to all of the above is that by changing the way the people concerned lived has brought about a remarkable healing. The people in these articles all started to be responsible for their wellbeing, they started to bring a level of care, nurturing and value to themselves, and as they did this changes started to happen in their lives.

The changes varied according to the condition and person involved, but the common denominator was they started to feel better within themselves, and this helped them to be consistent with this new way of living that eventually brought about these miraculous recoveries.
This is amazing and inspiring to hear of such stories when illness, disease and exhaustion rates are through the roof and rising. It seems there are answers to our afflictions, and these need to be shared with humanity.
